For non-pre-sale products, ISDT processes the order within 2-3 working days after the order was placed, once confirmed, we will ship it according to the order time.
We provide 3 shipping methods:
Shipping Method and Estimated Shipping Time:
Standard Shipping: 15-20 working days
Fast Shipping: 7-15 working days
Expedited Shipping: 3-7 working days
The shipping time should be subject to the time announced by the shipping company. Once the products of your order leave our warehouse, the actual delivery may be affected by events which are beyond our control. Thus, we do not assume any responsibility for any delay in delivery due to unexpected logistics related events.

Not the showed cables delivered. I got cables witth two black plugs.
The picture in the shop shows a balance cable with a black ISDT-plug and a white XH-plug. But I received balance cables with two black ISDT-plugs. Actually useless. Now I have to solder many cables…
Description says " Balance Cables for X16 Charger ", which is a 16s charger. The image is for a 16s cable.
But the item for sale is only 12S !!!
Very bad description of balancing PIN connector. There is no hint how to connect 16 LiFePO4 Batteries to the connector.
On the image for the Balance Cables for X16 Charger, all but one pin is used. But when you get the cables, they are only wired for 12S, not the way the image depicts and not what the description would imply. I would not have even bought these had I known. They are worthless for the 16S configuration.
