Firmware needs to be updated. The battery typically charged with this charger is small, mostly 260-280-300mah. .5 charge rate is over 1c and therefore will degrade batteries over time. I have multiple PD chargers for usb c. And multiple cables for usb PD charging. This charger will not charge with the PD method. It only triggers 5v and that isn’t enough to activate the charge procedure. Please make updated firmware to properly utilize the PD charging. Also, please add .1a,.2A,.3a,.4a charging amperage, as well as mah counter to see how much each battery accepts for a charge. PLEASE.
As of today there are some (firmware?) bugs which make it unsafe to use. v1.xxx.13
-charging current EXEEDS the set current
-charging current can only be set to: 0.5A 1A 1.5A 2A 2.5A
-current can’t be set for the voltages of 3.4V-3.85V
Result: You will probably burn your <0.5Ah Lipos, maybe also your house.
They need to finish the firmware.
Why cant i change the current when the voltage is set under 4.2v? I had a battery that was 3.2v and I set it to 3.8v, no amps displayed..... and it went full power 2.4 amps. Seriously. Why cant I change the current at ALL voltages? Plus the bluetooth function is broken.
