I have the C4EVO charger, and it is the best charger I ever owned for AA and AAA NiMh and 18650 lithium batteries.
Now, there is a trend towards 1.5V Li-ion AA and AAA batteries products, and I discovered a recent firmware upgrade for the C4EVO which allows to charge them, and this is a good news. I did the update and it is working well.
However, the discharge/test functions for these 1.5V Li-ion batteries are missing , and they are very important : do you plan to add them in a future firmware release ? The menu is showing only charge/destroy (why destroy ? the cells are protected and cannot be destroyed...).
I have always used "intelligent" chargers for NiCd , NiMh and Lithium batteries, able to discharge them in order to evaluate the remaining capacity after some months/years of use. This function is missing for the 1.5V Li-ion batteries, and you should add it rapidly, otherwise people will turn to other solutions.

Works just as advertised. Like the ability to update firmware to include 1.5V Li-ion. Nice looking interface. Works best with capable USB-C PD power supply
Heard there is an update but no idea if true or how to install it. Turns off if you try to install more than 1 or 2 AAA batteries. Returned first one and second one has exact same problem. Piece of junk.
I have been using the C4 Air for some time, and recently I had the opportunity to use the C4 Evo. It is an exceptionally well-designed product—the pulse discharge, analysis features, and the increased charging power enabled through firmware updates are truly impressive improvements.
I believe that adding functions such as maintaining a specified voltage during charging, as well as discharging to match a designated voltage after charging, would further elevate the already excellent capabilities of the C4 Evo. These features are increasingly in demand among users today.
Such enhancements could be achieved by expanding the selectable voltage range for the current pulse discharge function, allowing adjustment from 1.10V to 1.45V.
Although subtle, this addition would make the C4 Evo even more valuable, as it aligns with the growing trend among users who not only seek high‑power charging but also want to maintain specific voltage ranges for extended use.
