I haven't received the product yet, the Post Office informed me that the product was defective or damaged and they haven't delivered it yet.

Almost There

You can't test a battery unless you can plot the discharge voltage during three discharges. If this could cycle at least three times (C>D>C>D>C>D>C) and download the voltage plots to a computer so you could see the details in the plots, it would be a winner. It already has a USB port, and it already has a plot but on a low-resolution display that scrolls off the screen. Should be a simple upgrade.

Charger Power Supply

When getting this charger make sure you purchase an "18 watt" usb power supply, other wise your charging will be slow, the 18 watt ones will supply the 12 volt output as requested from the charger, happy charging
