For non-pre-sale products, ISDT processes the order within 2-3 working days after the order was placed, once confirmed, we will ship it according to the order time.
We provide 3 shipping methods:

Standard Shipping: 15-20 working days
Fast Shipping: 7-15 working days
Expedited Shipping: 3-7 working days
The shipping time should be subject to the time announced by the shipping company. Once the products of your order leave our warehouse, the actual delivery may be affected by events which are beyond our control. Nell'app Battair, è possibile visualizzare il livello di alimentazione, impostare e gestire i parametri della batteria, visualizzare i record di utilizzo della batteria per rimanere con le informazioni sulla salute della batteria. Puoi anche aggiornare il firmware tramite OTA e così via, il che ti dà ancora più controllo.

Send only 2s i needed mostly 4s so almost useless
No reaction to email
So I have ordered a total of 20 of these and I absolutely love them. Well, 18 of them anyhow. Two failed strait out of the package. I emailed ISDT and explained the problem. They responded a couple of days later and asked for a video showing this. So I sent the video, now they won’t respond. I’ve sent a follow up email, no response. Super frustrating. But what should be a five star review has to be much lower. I will post a full discussion regarding this issue on my YouTube channel in the next few days.
