16S charger with 12 PIN connector

Very bad description of balancing PIN connector. There is no hint how to connect 16 LiFePO4 Batteries to the connector.

On the image for the Balance Cables for X16 Charger, all but one pin is used. But when you get the cables, they are only wired for 12S, not the way the image depicts and not what the description would imply. I would not have even bought these had I known. They are worthless for the 16S configuration.

Why does every user above 12 S have to make their cables on their own???

CM1620: Uses a 17 Pin connector that is available nowhere and is counterpart is not included
